using iconpackager 3.1 i can apply the basis (cream coloured) apogee icon package.

In IP, click on any icon package below Apogee, then click on the word 'Apogee' and you will get a drop down menu....pick one.

Load and apply cream apogee

go to settings, under the "Opening Icon Packages" heading, untick "Restore all icons before opening a new package"

then, I close iconpackager and re-open it (so it will acknowledge the change of setting properly)

find apogee, choose a subpackage and apply

that's what I do anyway, hope it helps

using icon packager 3.1 i have installed and applied the main cream apogee
package.
now when i open the icon packager and click on apogee, in the drop-down
menu, i get only one entry viz : apogee.
>>> so how do i install the other subpackages !? eg : amber, denim, etc..

Well, for starters it'd be great if you used English as a language.... Spell checker

Thankyou to both of you for your help, but it doesn't seem to be working.  So what should I be
doing?

Start Stardock Central and click on Misc on left side. Then click on the "+" sign beside the Purchased Software and then Apogee Icons and install whichever color you want. Then follow the instructions above to select your color.

jafo : if you'd rather have me write in 'propah' English here, I shall do so.
But may I take the liberty of correcting your sentence !?

You wrote :

a better construction and proper grammar would make one write the sentence as follows :

A 'Thank-You'  to both of you for your help; but it does not seem to be
working ! So what should I be doing ?

or

"Thanks to the both of you...."

so set your house in order before you correct others...

anyway enough of english lessons, i see that u dont have anything relevant to contribute
on this thread....

hankers : "i vil try out ur suggestion...thanx" !

Your sentence structure was so clunky it would have needed a more drastic drastic correction.  Being a fairly 'straight' translation into English meant it remains clumsy.

As for 'relevance' to your issue, you will find people will tend NOT to be bothered helping those who show such disdain for their helpers by treating them to such childish use of 'vocabulary'....

yawn... !

oh, btw here is d solution, i'd like 2 share. i got this workable and simple answer from some other forum. (< this is not english so dont comment on it )

"Extract the .exe to the IconPackager\Themes folder
Then open icon packager and apply it. "

thank you for your cooperation.
